The winner of Kooba Radio's Band of the Year competition was revealed at the end of the last ever Jonny Yeah Show. We are more than pleased to announce that the winners were Special Benny!
Special Benny, discovered by our roving reporter Myles Bartoli are a 6 piece “indie jazz” group. Beating off stiff competition from Air Hammer, Special Benny edged to a photo finish in our online pole and were voted the listeners’ most favourite band of 2006!
