Imagine my EXCITEMENT the other day when the postman brought me new CDs from MJ Hibbett and David Goo respectively. This has to be the best music submissions haul for quite some time. It’s just a SHAME that I’ve not had a spare minute to fully listen to either yet.
They are however on my kPod (like an iPod but full of Kooba music) and as I type I am 3 songs into MJ Hibbett’s new solo album “Wonderful Wednesday”. AND it’s Wednesday today. How perfect is that? I’m SMILING broadly. The title track is an ode to working from home and the cover sports Mark wearing a suit, doing his ironing and checking his email.

The album itself was a limited physical release and is now totally sold out, although you can buy it on mp3 via Mark’s bandcamp site.
All the songs were written and recorded during February, when Mark completed a song a day. I kind of thought he did that all year round!
