Frilly White is the moniker taken on by collaborators Belinda Blair and the Evolution Control Committee. As Kooba listeners will know, The Evolution Control Committee are the masters of irreverent mash-ups and remixes (see What Would Think If I Sang Auto Tune), but Belinda is more of an unknown quantity.
